* I can still eat mushrooms after watching this episode.
*We have Garret Jacob Hobbs' house of horrors in the woods.
*There is the realisation Abigail might be a accomplice.
*We get "not comfortable in my own skin" Will when his class applauds when he walks in his class.
*Jack is pushing Will. Definitely. Will's "therapy doesn't work on me" sounds just like Abigail later on in S1.
*Of course the kids think the mushroom farm is marijuana.
*The Mushroom people.Oh my god. A bunch of fun guys(and gals). Sorry.Had to make the obvious joke.
*We get a Will and Beverly(Kazam? Wilberly?) scene.
*Freddie is..Freddie.
*One of the mushroom people is still alive(only just..)
*Hannibal sees right through Freddie-and I'm really surprised that Hannibal didn't eat her. Well, he did.Or though he did in S2.
Freddie is not a fan of Will's(that's putting it mildly)..I'll be interested to see what her part in S3 is, though. This could get interesting. Zeller's "you used me" to her-I would have LOVED to see more backstory behind that!
Later on Freddie gets called out by the cop(who knows she's gotten people fired before) .
* I love the scene where Alana reads Flannery O'Connor to Abigail(if you haven't read any of Flannery O'Connor's stories, you really should. They're strange, Southern Gothic-y things but well worth the read.
*Will takes down Stammets and saves Abigail(who Stammets was going to turn into mushroom food) in the process.
Quotable:
Hannibal:You need a way out of dark places when Jack sends you there.
Price:I'm not recovering.
Price:yes and no.But mostly no.
Hannibal:Killing must feel good to god too.He does it all the time, and are we not created in his image?
